The staff were all very professional and helpful, especially the head receptionist Sabah. I even forgot my charger and they kept it safe for me. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything. I could step out of the hotel and find shops, attractions, and restaurants right at my doorstep. The staff did their best to assist me with any requests I had, making my stay even more enjoyable.
